Welcome to the Oklahoma City Church of Christ website!

We are a church that is devoted to serving God and growing spiritually together.

The Oklahoma City International Church of Christ began as a small group of Christians who were meeting together in their homes to praise God, meet each others needs and proclaim Christ to our city. That group became an established church in January 1993 when Randy and Linda Moon came to be their evangelist. We are part of a fellowship of churches which has spread throughout the world.

As a congregation, (1) we believe that God has made great efforts to show his love. He sent his Son, Jesus, to live graciously and intensely on earth, giving us inspiration, and to die on a cross, giving us forgiveness and hope for eternity with him. He then sent his Holy Spirit to live within us and seal us as baptized believers. We have seen his goodness and mercy, so we desire to praise him and live for him. Our love and appreciation is reflected in the way we seek to know him more and to be like him, hating evil and loving good. (2) We also desire to treat others as he has treated us. Our families are a high priority as we strive to strengthen our relationship with our spouse and live as examples for our children. Our Christian brothers and sisters (single or married, older or younger, black or white, wealthy or poor) are also important to us. We sacrifice our time and money so that those bonds are strengthened and Christ’s body matures. Our congregation is composed of small groups and of individual partners in order to facilitate in our spiritual growth. (3) In addition, we want to help fulfill the Lord’s desire to save all of mankind by living in a godly way, sharing our faith, teaching the Scriptures, baptizing those who commit to being disciples of Christ, serving our community and contributing to missions throughout the world (focusing especially on Eurasia).

We would love to have you get to know us as we get to know God better. We invite you to study the Bible with us and join us as we mature in Christ.

MLK Day of Service

We had a wonderful MLK Day of Service. The Red Cross people were very impressed with our group especially with our willingness to do whatever needed and being flexible. It was a great day. Ivelisse was interviewed by Fox News and will be on the 9 o' clock news for Saturday. The turnout of disciples for Hope was great... 25 Altogether: 19 adults, 2 preteen/young teens and 4 children. 474 homes received the door hanger/brochure information, over 200 conversations on fire safety were conducted. They had 10 volunteers. Praise God for all the help we can give because of His grace.
